Cleaning powder for coffee roasters

A highly concentrated and powerful cleaning powder designed to dislodge and remove soils that develop when roasting coffee.

When mixed with water, it is ideal for soaking removable parts whose sizes and shapes make scrubbing, chipping or wiping difficult.

Maintaining a clean roaster is crucial not only for enhancing the flavor of your coffee but also for ensuring safety. The oils and chaff produced during roasting can be highly flammable, making a neglected roaster a significant fire risk. Furthermore, accumulated debris can obstruct the machine's airflow, impacting the quality and consistency of each batch.

If needed, gently use a metal tool or brush to remove any oils or residue that the cleaner has loosened. Once you’ve done that, wipe the area with a damp cloth to ensure it’s clean. Finally, spray the treated areas with fresh water and wipe them dry for a spotless finish.
