Giesen W15A

Your design.

Your company, your style. We help you do this by making the roaster an extension of your identity. So you choose your own colour, decide which types of wood to use for the handles, and decide which metal accents to put on your coffee roaster. That's why the Giesen roaster fits every brand, in any environment.

Giesen W15A

Full control.

Take coffee roasting into your own hands, without restrictions. Airflow control and drumspeed control are included as standard. Giesen roasters can be controlled in two different ways. Manual, or with Giesen Profiler. This software allows you to record and replay an infinite amount of roasts.

Giesen W15A

The classic gas roaster.

The W15A is the classic W15 series gas coffee roaster; a proven model within the Giesen product range. Whether you want to use natural gas, butane gas or propane gas; the W15A can handle any kind. The atmospheric gas roaster is powerful, responsive and very stable. Take full control of your roasting process with this accessible yet sophisticated machine.

Giesen W15E

100% electric.

Roast 60 kilos of coffee per hour, fully electric. The W15E is a true revolution in the coffee world. This unique machine combines conduction and convection heat to get everything of your coffee. The hot air cannon and three separately controllable infrared panels give you control you've never had before. Experience the future of coffee roasting now.

Giesen W15E

Full taste.

Instead of a single heat source, the W15E gives you control over two completely different heat sources. You use the hot air gun for convection heat and the three infrared panels for conduction heat. This way, you can let your coffee develop in different ways during the roasting process, which can create unique, never-before-tasted flavours.

Giesen W15E

Ultimate control.

The W15E is accessible and extremely advanced at the same time. Use the automatic function when you want the machine to determine the most suitable heat source. Alternatively, you can go for the manual control that lets you pull all the strings yourself. You can save this in the form of profiles in Giesen Profiler, allowing you to fine-tune your unique, tweaked coffee roast profiles at any time.

A roaster story.

In a small Parisian neighborhood, where the streets are lined with bakeries and boutiques, Léa and Marc's journey began—a coffee-roasting couple with a deep love for the perfect brew. Léa, the roasting master, meticulously refines each bean, while Marc enhances the flavors with innovative techniques. Their handcrafted roaster, designed especially for them, allows them to express their passion in every cup. This unique blend of tradition and innovation is reflected in every sip their customers enjoy. Welcome to the world of Léa and Marc—where coffee becomes art.
